Who is responsible
This website, oplan.lv, is operated by SIA "Pleroma" (reg. no. 52103110351, VAT LV52103110351), Jaunceltnes iela 8, Aizkraukle, LV-5101, Latvia. OPlan is its service brand. For any question about your data, write to jolanta@oplan.lv.
What I collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and message — used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a call.
- Booking an intro call: your name, email and your answer to the booking question, collected through the Google Calendar booking page — used to schedule and hold the call.
- Email: if you write to me directly, I keep the correspondence so I can reply and continue the conversation.
I don't use your details for newsletters or marketing without your separate consent, and I never sell them or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and in my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Where your data is stored
Form messages and bookings are processed in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets). The website is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as processors on my behalf. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If we do start working together, the data becomes part of client records and is kept for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is shared with Google when a page loads. If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format — just write to jolanta@oplan.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
